ChipMeUp celebrates 10 years of staking

ChipMeUp was the first online Poker Staking website created back in 2007 and we are very excited to recently celebrate our 10th birthday! We’ve seen many other staking sites come and go over the years, but ChipMeUp has survived them all.
We’ve had amazing success with a huge community of enthusiastic poker players and it’s been a pleasure to be able to provide a platform to help players connect. We’d like to thank all our users, especially our loyal VIP members who’ve continually returned to the site for an entire decade!
We’ve had over 170,000 events created, 8.3 Million shares on offer, over 1 million posts in the forum and over 2 Million posts in the shoutbox. The first event ever created by rkruok ten years ago, was a huge success with a 41.67% ROI for the one share holder.
Some of the highlights over the 10 year period include multiple ChipMeUp users winning the Sunday Million. The first being nomaddman, whose $9 shares made investors $5,677! ChipMeUp users have made a big impact in both live and online tournaments. Website favorite Tony G, has had multiple $200,000+ scores. We even sent 10 people to the World Series Main Event, with Dwayne Stacey making a deep run.
The key to ChipMeUp’s success over the last decade has been the tireless energy and passion of it’s users. From our moderators led by Harps, and super active users like MDMWINS and fharmas. Everyone has helped each other become better poker players, and we hope everyone has had some fun along the way!
To celebrate our big birthday, we’ve giving away the following:
- Anyone who has created an event or purchased a share this year, will get two free event listings. Yes, you will not be charged a fee for your next 2 events created before December 1st.
- VIP members will get ten free event listings. We love you guys ;)
- We'll be holding more exciting staking competitions at the start of 2018.
- A big last longer competition - details coming soon!
- Some new emojis in the shoutbox
