After being advised you were looking for staking on p5’s: http://www.pocketfives.com/f20013/little-50-sta…

and being made aware of your unresolved DNS on ptp for a rail issue: http://forum.parttimepoker.com/report-abuse-for…

you were asked to provide a player history audit from the time you signed up until today.

The audit shows that you have $0.17 in your account.

You currently have a stake open: http://www.chipmeup.com/event/138399/sparkes25-… that by your rail you should have $213 minimum

and this event which is sold: http://www.chipmeup.com/event/139240/sparkes25-… has $200 of shares you should have in your account, not to mention the approx $1300 of that event you are claiming to take yourself.

In addition, you have a stake here: http://www.pokerschoolonline.com/forum/showthre… that shows you should have $270.88 in your account as of yesterday.

User restricted until funds paid back.

I will be going through the open event to ensure the games and results are accurate and will post a total amount owed when done.

Ok went through the player audit and pulled out all Progressive KO tournaments from April 20th (start of event) until today.

Here is spreadsheet of all games, bounties and winnings with running total starting at $297 buyins (27 games x $11): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13vSLZZE…

While the event says 1 more game needs to be played, it is clear here that not only have more than 27 games been played, but winnings have been understated by over $100.

At 27 games from the start the bankroll was at $306.32 meaning a slight profit for the event.

Also, i have included the game mentioned in the comments that was “played for the pso stake”. This event never should have been started if there were outstanding $11 PKO games for another stake as a horse cannot pick and choose what $11 games goes where.

i have sent the mods on chip me up the audit for the $10 stake on ptp, i was also going to to send a screen shot of the $10 transfered back to the player but it seems his account has been blocked/banned/closed by ps. please note i was sending him it as a sign of good will and not because i o him funds in any way.

please also note i do not have the software to look at the audit myself and would be interested to see what it says, i have sent the audit from the day before the stake to the day the warning was given.

edit, due to bad spelling

I never asked you for an audit for your stake on ptp, I have asked that you resolve your issue on ptp so you dont have any outstanding gears there

Noone expects you to pay something you don’t owe, but our expectation is you will still resolve your issues

As for your issues here, some seem to think there is some sort of misunderstanding here. And in an email to me you said you didnt respond before now because you were “angry, annoyed, disappointed and upset at being accused of being some sort of scammer”

We deal with facts on this site, and the facts in this case are as follows:

1. You were running two stakes simultaneously on two different sites, selling a 3rd very large stake on CMU

2. These stake bankrolls before any audit was done added up to approximately $600 – $800 (including money collected for stake that had not started)

3. During this time you also put up a stake add on p5s and subsequently on 2+2 looking for more small stakes

4. When provided a player audit, which shows every transaction and every game played on your stars account, a few noticeable things were found:
a. While your balance should have been approx $600-$800 as said above, you had 17 cents in your account
b. This was due to what appears to be a significant amount of zoom play over the time period
c. This wasnt a one time error in judgement as you busted your account playing zoom on more than one occasion using backers funds
d. An audit of your open stake here showed a significant difference in prizes and cashes and you claimed to still have another sng to play when in fact you had played in the time period 7 more than was needed

5. While i am extremely happy that people got their funds back, you have essentially provided zero explanation for any of this

As for your comments in the event that our numbers dont match up, I certainly could have made a mistake, but my results are taken directly from the player audit which has all games, kos. It also lines up with the amount of games played on sharkscope for that time period. The total profit on sharkscope is off as i believe they do not track KOs 100% correct

You are free to go through the audit or send it to an investor/another person to check my work.

Seems to be your response each time you put yourself in a bad position, too much of a bother to clean it up right.

Your investors deserve some sort of explanation as to why you used their funds to play cash, but given your response here, that probably isnt going to happen

So i dont see a reason for your membership to continue

User banned

Your freeroll event will be paid out from the held funds we collected while you were restricted. The remainging will be sent to you on stars ($7.46)

Any further winnings you can choose to honour future payments to your backers off site or not
