Thanks for adding this information Lolito.
Nontheless, we have seen all kind of excuses on CMU before when events are in question. Even a personal tragedy like this doesn’t really explain, why you cannot find a way in 14 days to log into your ACR account and do the transfers, especially in 2019.
The event needs to be refunded immediately.
Obviously, if the story turns out to be true, condolences to you and your family.

Looking closer at the event, it has all CMU payments. And with still having “running” status, all money should still be locked in the CMU system and be available for a refund. So it seems strange that he is speaking of not being able to refund. Did you guys (Lolito and play1000) send him any money manually or privately? Because if not, I can just ask admin to cancel and refund your guys money.
