Dramir100 has unresolved issues with a staking operation as reported here: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showpost.php?...

I have confirmed with msusyr24 that the bankroll of $1191 was not returned.

It also notes that dramir100 got his pokerstars account banned until 2017.

parcerito22 has ip matches here and after reviewing stats, I believed that dramir is playing on this account ($4.50 avg buyin before August 25th, $32 avg buyin after august 25; 54 games above $50 in the 6 years previous and 24 games above $50 in the last two weeks).

I have since been able to confirm that dramir100 is using both the parcerito22 CMU account and pokerstars account.

For these reasons, both accounts will be banned

any funds in CMU account will be returned to msusyr24 as have received skype logs that show dramir100 saying he would send the funds back, but then just leaving the group

I will say this is too bad, but i’m not a mod on this site, only a member and i have Dramir100 on my skype and as a friend, and today he asked me if i could post a picture of his Skrill account there it show he had payed off whatever he was in debt. https://gyazo.com/c79b8f8b8cefc89e9347575a5ca43b9c This is a link to the picture!
If he is in some trouble with a another account with the same ip, I can not use that against anyone, but I find that a little slack should it be for someone who has recorded over 80K at CMU https://gyazo.com/98c31b85136a49bd3d6f67c633157f93 That’s just my opinion, I think that everyone who bought in Dramir has always received its settlement, i have always got it!. So if CMU shall consist we need people who can be a little more politically correct! It’s tough enough to get the message from his wife about to give up playing poker for the rest of the year when you are in that situation that poker is a living for you. I think either we all at ChipMeUp should congratulate Dramir to be dad and take such a decision. He has at least in my opinion made up for himself so why shut him out?

I have confirmed that dramir100 has paid the $1191 bankroll back to pocarr as of this afternoon. The funds we have will be sent to parcerito22 account on stars.

As for your opinion Aikon, first, dispute threads are not the place for them, but second, regardless of whether every has been paid in the past, simply put, multiaccounting on CMU and pokerstars is not acceptable and puts everyone that sends and receives money from the 2nd account unknowingly at risk, not to mention against stars TOS.

You are entitled to your opinion that someone that has a history on the site should be given some slack, but on a staking site, where trust is paramount, i am not sure that multiaccounting is worthy of “slack”. Also, I personally dont believe that anyone should receive preferential treatment. Its a slippery slope and where exactly does it end? Whats the cut off period for “slack”?

When a member has issue with something documented but off site, they are restricted until it is resolved and then we review. As i am sure you are aware we look into the users accounts and associated ip matches. Knowing that he locked his own stars account, I looked much closer at the new member parcerito22, who was linked by ip and by comments. It was fairly easy to come to the conclusion that his buyin level changed dramatically in the last 3 weeks, coinciding with him becoming active here, much closer to dramir’s.

I have been doing this long enough to see the connections from that, and then was able to further confirm that he was using the parcerito CMU and pokerstars account.

For these reasons, the fact he didnt owe anyone on CMU and that he was multiaccounting both here and on Pokerstars, he was banned, which is no different than any other user we find doing the same thing on this site and pokerstars.

There appears to still be an issue between pocarr and dramir over the makeup and whether it is owed, but without any more hard $$ owed, CMU considers the matter closed
