Chipmeup Events / Event 110708: PokerStars - TCOOP Day 2 Combo you yourself won't have 5%, everyone collectively will have 5%.So for example, if you bought 10% of this event, you'd be entitled to 10% of the 5% = .5% (mind you, in this particular tournament, 1% can be worth $80,000. so even a .1% = $8k potential winnings) But ya, you guys will get 5%. I've just got a situation in which I can't leave where I'm at. I can't get on PS n try n transfer as I'm here in the US. I can't go to Canada either atm. Kinda gonna go through some of the comments to touch base with some of the stuff. As far as using my sister as an excuse goes, lol @ that. Really? Never in my life would I stoop that low to escape out of a situation. She legitimately was in a serious car crash and still to this day goes to the doctor on a weekly basis as well as a chiropractor 3x a week. If you don't want to believe me about that, then that is your right but, it's the truth. 2ndly, as far as me playing PLO. yeah, I played. But I'm allowed to with my money aren't I? n kazu you bring up that i lost $ quick, but...failed to mention anything about the night before, where i won 2x as much as what you're stating I lost. Again, don't know how playing PLO with my own money is any of your business. 3rd, lol @ getting information about me being busto or me playing on other screen names. You might want to check your sources on that, b/c as far as I know, I'm not busto, nor have I even been in Canada/playing on a diff sn since when I stated I left. There's legitimately about 3 people in the poker world who I even talk to about stuff besides poker, 2 of which aren't even online players so I'm unsure as to who would be leaking you this great info. Either way, its wrong on both accounts. Also, it's nice to know that you put out information that I'm supposedly playing on a different account Johnny, but when asked what ID, none is mentioned. Pretty sure you're just trying to stir the pot and get people to dislike me. Which is totally fine, I'm understanding that I haven't handled this situation well at all, but please, if you're going to make accusations, at least back it up with some facts. I'm all for putting together valid information if I was scamming, but comments like Teppo (which isn't too bad but lol at him, guy has never liked me) n QQ's are pretty useless. Especially considering that what he states he'd do, will never be accomplished. If you'd like to prove otherwise, let me know a place to meet you if you ever come to Florida or are in Vegas this summer. I'd be overly-joyed to see it happen. As far as the money is concerned, everyone will be paid on Friday or Saturday , I've sent Harp a PM asking to have JC or Barter get in contact with me so I can western union them money. I'll be receiving CMU from them and will just refund everyone with that. I apologize if CMU is not PS $, but, that is all I can do. I don't have anyone in Canada where I was staying anymore that I am actually well acquainted with, so I'm not going to trust people with my account n RSA. For all those who purchased shares in this event, I'd like to genuinely offer my deepest regrets on how this has been played out, but you will get your money shortly. I also promised I'd set up some sort of event for future as a freebie. As stated, going to Canada isn't happening now, but, playing the WSOP ME definitely is during the summer. I'll be giving you guys a share of 5% of the main, based upon however much you contributed to this event. When I get an email from PS, I'll let you guys know and I'll have the money back to you guys shortly. I might be home for a week or so roughly so I wont obviously be accessing my account from here. I apologize for this, but, my sister is a bit more important than this atm.Again, I really do apologize that it may take an additional week to get everyone refunded, but I'll definitely make it right and give you guys some sort of free event (maybe something like a 500$ bankroll or a few turbos in a combo or something). For anyone who's bought in me before, you know that I pay out and do refunds immediately, this isn't something I'm too thrilled about, but, for me its family first. Again, I do apologize and as soon as I get the word from PS and get back up to Canada, I'll square this up with everyone. |

It's rather unfortunate, but this is why PS is the industry leader as far as being the best site overall. They found something which they thought to be suspicious and they're investigating. It's unfortunate that it's taken this much time and that it's me, but, if they feel it might be suspect, then by all means they should investigate it.Everyone here at the household has resubmitted the documents needed. The 1 person who isn't is the one who owns the account that was used on my computer n my friends. He's back in the US n I've left him a couple voicemails to upload his documentation to PS so we can get this sorted, so, hopefully if that is the issue, then he gets it in soon and we're back up n running. If not, we'll just play the waiting game n take things by ear as we go. Can't really blame PS, they're just trying to do what they feel is best to protect the integrity of the game, so I have no quarrels with them. |
