Blake JC has factored in 50% for the player "We were thinking that the people who receive the ticket will play for 50% of their winnings. The rest will go to the league players at the same rate they contributed to the event".

ChipMeUp talk / Adgee????

I do think Adgee is a protected species on this site because of his impressive looking profile. However at times he hasn't updated or closed off events for some hours which is annoying. I downgraded my feedback to 3 for the following reason "cancelled one event and sleeping for another but did refund". I was very frustrated at his cancelling events regularly. If it was not Adgee would I have just given a 3 score and not lower? Not sure but would certaintly have thought about it.

I think executives of non US poker rooms can be jailed if they accept American players and enter the USA. US banks cannot deposit money to non US rooms.

crack these issues have to discussed in the forum as they go to the very fabric of what staking another is about. u said "why is it my ADDITIONAL responsibility to keep you informed of my status of 8-12 mtts?" that is not an additional responsibility it is your PRIME responsibility as I'm sure that your stakers want to know how their investment is going without chasing u around 10 tables. So what happened to your previous backers lol obviously the cash cow dried up or u pissed them off and ADIOS to u.
zeb when u have successfully run a supperannuation fund for 20 years talk to me about watching the sharemarket. u keeps tabs on it all day as by the end of the day the horse may have bolted.

zeb when u are in business and have customers the first thing u learn is that u have to keep your customers happy. I dont't think hourly updates and posting results as u go is asking too much as it seems he can't keep track of what he is doing. Anyhow mulitabling does lead to errors or misjudgement in play and when u are risking someone elses money u owe them a duty of care to do your best. He ran back to back large mtts and won less in the second more expensive event, took hours to update and then stuffed it up. Next he list events with 160% p/v. I don't care what his stats are, on CMU u have to prove yourself first. If he made a shitload of money why would he want or need the hassle of staking?

No thanks I would rather have the money sent to me as at this point of time rather than a discount on your next event as I won't be buying shares in u again. U play too many tables at once, give absolutely no updates during your events then u screw up the numbers of events u won a few $ in. After 2 "wins" with roi of -25% and -57% u expect your dumb backers to pay u for events of p/v of 160%.
Hello u need a reality check.I just noticed your latest event didn't even half sellout.GL I hope u do well.

kickyourace why do u have to make so many your forum postings personal attacks on members? I stated above that I buy shares in just about anything. On reviewing my share purchaces, I found that I have spent a total of $129 on shares in you for a princely return of $35.89. At the 140+% p/v u charge for the privelage of buying into your events u would of broken even or had a small loss at worst on those shares whereas the buyer (me) suffered a LOSS of 72%. As u said "It all rolls down hill now". Only being relatively new to CMU, it didn't take me long to work out that u aren't worth the rediculously high p/v that u try to gouge.
I may or may not buy from u in future as in the end, the idea is to try and make money out of staking other people.

kya I have an american cheque in front of me. it doesn't mention the name of the poker room on it just "the club services" in Nevada. however at the bottom of the cheque there are 26 numbers in three groups which I assume identify the issueing bank, branch and account holder so I am pretty sure your bank knows the cheques are the proceeds of gambling. doh

not being from US I dont know the tax laws there so here are a couple of points. could staking on CMU be considered a syndication were u buy a % of the winnings(or otherwise). all winnings even 1c woulh have to be reported, unless there is an amount below which u don't have to report. what about losses, can u claim those? should the poker rooms be witholding tax on winnings or is it up to the player to report winnings and pay taxes on them? In Aust there is no tax on winnings from lotto keno or casino gambling. exceptions are professional punters who can claim losses travel etc as expenses so it is hard to get professional gambler status obviously

Liljaybe why the fuck would we pay u $250 for a $215 buyin event then only get $215 as stackback????? Your p/v is probably 232% not 116% as stated due to the (scammo)wheel and your potential winnings per share are bullshit as 1% of $230000 is $2300 not $4600 as u so claim!!!!!!!! GL I hope these things were an oversight as it is your 1st event listed but I DO NOT BUY this type of event and I buy just about anything.

Technical Questions / Custom Payout Structure button

The orange "Custom payout structure"
CMU have this button to indicate a changing p/v button- it is orange with a % sign in it but u don’t see it very often as I assume the seller doesn’t want u to find out easily that the p/v is higher than stated.
Unfortunately CMU have put it so if u use the % button it hides the uninflated p/v before 50/50 etc is implemented. Perhaps it could placed next to the P/v?

Technical Questions / Retrieving emails sent to CMU

nothing specific jc, just it would be nice to be able to see what I wrote in emails to admin as the old memory fails me or admin at times and if no reply from admin then email can be resent if necessary. (subtle way of saying admin please answer emails)

admin should give a prize for the funniest entry. not an entry, just a suggestion lol.
is admin going to put a symbol like S C L to warn buyers to read the SMALL print that the stated p/v is not a true representation of what they may win.

I've given up sending PM to admin as they are very curtious and never answer them (not that I blame them I guess with all the crap I go on with lol)
