Suggestions & Feedback / Mentor Program LOL@ getting ppl on here to talk about poker and discuss hands. Most of the time someone post hands or comment on them they just get bashed s o i dont see it working out doesnt mean its not a good idea though |

If they don't change then that will answer the question in itself. I wouldn't worry about a few jerkoffs as long as you know u made the effort that's all that should matter ppl will take notice and just stop buying the ones who refuse to keep the buyer in mind.If the sellers are concerned about losing money by selling their events different there's an easy way to fix that umm umm have them simply start winning more after all if they think they play so very well then it shouldn't be a problem. It's funny though the ones with the low p/v's and good event win a lot more often then the ones who post the high ones go figure maybe its simply their ego isnt as big and they know inside how well they really play. |

General / OT / Change in winnings if I go deep I haven't been around much latley due to personal reasons but the main reason would be that I have found it very un-financially beinfical to me. I find lots of the ppl have themselves in mind and not the buyers for the most part they wanna play for free or but up a tiny bit and get a big % in return which is just a joke. When you stake as much as I was staking and you see ppl fail and fail and fail then min cash where it's not even enough to get you even or close to even to what you spent on the event see how your bankroll likes it and let me know.My opinon on getting a 50/50 split if it's a major tourney I wouldn't mind so much but I would never ever give up more than that why should we as buyers give you "sellers" more like we owe you something for getting there if anything you owe us for buying your shares and giving you the chance to play in the tourney you cant afford or have the balls to put out your own money to play yourself because if you had either you wouldn't be here looking to get staked. See lots of you sellers fail to remember that if anything you need us way more than we need you without us buyers selling you out most wouldn't be here or play. I have seen tons and tons of times where ppl say they wont play if it don't sell out we'll if you played so good why not just take whatever shares are open and play anyways. As far as giving an extra tourney away why not make it a decent one where your staker can actually have a chance to make a few dollars and aqua it doesnt matter how many free tourneys you give if you hardly ever cash so that's not really a bouns. I'm not attacking anyone just telling you how I see it as far as other sites go sabby the biggest advantage and only advantage that I see CMU having over the rest of the site is it's easy to use and understand and it has a sb where you can actually talk to the players live. I've been to other sites in my recent time away from here and most just seem too complicated it's either that or haven't had a strong enough desire to figure it out lol. I've done the whole email to tilt and I got the same responce as RW we see and understand bla bla bla and we'll put you on the list lol the one in the rest room.Just go to the site RW gave you sign up wait about 2 or 3 days and just you email it goes to the spam folder look there I've been having it for a month or so and every Friday FT pays me straight to my account. But with 9&10 man sngs can't you play them faster so in return you might be making the same amount right? I think Chuck was wondering what's the avg ppl can someone play over all and still be sharp. I have a 17inc laptop and I think I could set my screen to see 12 at once wihout it being so tiny that I can't see what's going on. |

I was asked this question by Chuck last night so maybe the rest can give your opnion also. How many sng's can you play at once and still stay focused I never tried to max out but I can do 6 with np. Why do ppl perfer 45 and 180 man sngs when they can play the 9 or 10 man sngs a lot faster? |

I don't see a problem with asking for one and I don't see the guy just telling him no just like that I'm sure there was a lot more to it than what he's saying.If he was being a jerk to the guy or abusive its no wonder the guy told him no. Here's 2 things you coulda done 1st would have been to be real nice to the guy and explaine your situation to him and maybe offer to buy some xtra shares later on for being understanding and helping you out. 2nd you could have tried to sell the the shares you didn't want in the forum or have someone try to sell them for you in the sb. If the money you spent hurts you to the point that you have to have it right then and there then maybe you should take some time off and maybe go to work and try and save some money up till you can buy again without any discomfort. If your gambling starts to affect your home life and causes you personal problems then like I siad just take some time off even if its for a couple of weeks. |

I just read an article in cardplayer that lots of you should read and follow of course.

They should stop the jerks from being abusive and I hope it continues because in the long run the site will get a better group of ppl who omg just maybe talk about poker and hands without insulting someone because they don't play like you.
