I'm one of the quiet ones here at CMU. You may not recognize the name from the shoutbox or listing event because of this. I'm one of the moderators on the PokerNews.com forum. I figured since I spent most of my time playing, thinking, and talking about poker, I might as well moderate the forum.

I prefer live play but living in Georgia doesn't give me the chance to do that regularly other than a home game once per week. So I've been playing live over 10 years and online over 5. You can check my stats on OPR but they don't tell all of the story. My wife also plays and until recently, we "shared" the account. So check recent results for a true picture.

I've been pretty much a recreational player and have decided to play a bit more seriously this year.

Mainly, I'll be looking to stake but I may list events that I'm already going to play. I won't be playing any events that I don't have full confidence that I can win.
