Anonymous auctions are similar to our normal auctions but the bidders name is hidden while the auction is running.

• The bidder's username is encrypted to hide their identity during the auction.
• The bidder will have a different encrypted username for each auction.
• The bidding activity will be displayed once the auction has finished. This will show the real usernames of the bidders and an indication of their participation in the auction.
• The bidding history will show the real usernames of the last 10 bidders once the auction has finished.
• During the auction, the leading bidder will see their real username next to 'Highest Bidder' (not the encrypted name).
