FTOPS wrap up
posted by admin, 2 years ago (17 Nov 2009 05:21)
Another massive FTOPS series at FullTilt is now complete, with over $20 million won at the table over the last couple of weeks.
Another outstanding performance by ChipMeUp members, and here's a quick summary of some of the best results for FTOPS XIV.
| Player | Event | Placing | # of players | Winnings |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Telefonkiosk | FTOPS XIV - Event #22 - NL Holdem | 7 | 938 | $70,350 |
| nomaddman | FTOPS XIV - Event #04 - NL Holdem (1R+1A) | 6 | 1406 | $28,354 |
| LilPokerGirlie | FTOPS XIV - Event #08 - NL Holdem Knockout (6max) | 6 | 4639 | $28,194 |
| MTTSMASHER | FTOPS XIV - Event #12 - NL Holdem (6max) | 10 | 1366 | $20,250 |
| craiggray | FTOPS XIV - Event #22 - NL Holdem | 59 | 800 | $5,628 |
| Fooge | FTOPS XIV - Event #05 - Stud/8 | 11 | 555 | $1,365 |
| kickyourace | FTOPS XIV - Event #24 - NLHE Knockout | 56 | 9832 | $1,447 |
Congratulations to Telefonkiosk who pulled the biggest ChipMeUp cash of the series with $70k win. He is certainly proving to everyone that he's one of the top online players at the moment and consistently doing well in big fields.
Nomaddman followed up his Sunday Million win with a fine run in Event #4 proving that he's certainly not a one-hit-wonder!
LilPokerGirlie played some amazing poker to get to the final table getting through a huge field of players in Event #8. Don't miss out on grabbing some shares in LilPokerGirlie's upcoming live event at the Irish Poker Championship.
Fooge had the most ChipMeUp cashes, bringing home some money in 5 separate events for a total of $4,413. Certainly a versatile player, cashing in Stud/8, HORSE, PLO/8, 7 Game and the Main Event (NL Holdem). Fooge always offers up loads of shares in each of his events, ensuring he's got lots of railbirds when he runs deep.
A special mention also needs to be made for ChipMeUp veteran 'kickyourace' who ploughed through the biggest field in the FTOPS series. Event #24 had nearly 10,000 entrants and kickyourace placed 56th, proving he's got what it takes to run very deep in the big tournaments.
Congratulations to everyone who cashed this time, and we're already looking forward to FTOPS XV which isn't too far away. Don't forget that miniFTOPS XIV starts on December 9, so start creating you ChipMeUp events now and we look forward to more ChipMeUp success.
