Merry Christmas & Happy New Years!

2011 has been a tough year for poker players around the world. Black Friday took the poker world by shock, and we saw the shutting down of Full Tilt and UB. In May, the future of online poker was not looking good. ChipMeUp was also hurt by having to shut down business to US players.
However 2012 brings new hope and opportuninty for the online poker enthusiast. PokerStars has remained strong throughout, just last week they hosted a $10M+ prizepool Sunday Million. Full Tilt has been bought out by a large French Group, with rumors suggesting they might re-open their doors early next year and all players both US and international should be paid out soon. UB looks like they will be paying out up to 25c on the dollar, tho that still remains to be seen. Legislative work is also starting to move both on a State and Federal level in the US. 2012 looks like it could be an exciting year.
So, we would like to wish everyone a happy new year and a merry xmas, and good luck in your poker! We hope to improve ChipMeUp in 2012 :)
