What player ID do I transfer funds for depositing my ChipMeUp account on FTP?

FTP currently not an option. You can ask for a swap.
Someone will send you CMU$ for FTP$ + the 3.5% xfer fee($10 CMU for $10.35 FTP e.g.)
That or swap for stars, then stars →CMU.
