Stakeback how does it work?

Is stakeback automatic or do we have do pay it mannualy do the buyers)

if you select it when you are creating the event it will be done automatically when you enter your results.

I cant pay my winings to my buyers.

It doesnt show the pay button i think i made some kind off mistake.

I have allready contact the help system but iff anyone can help me ill appreciate that.
