Completed Stakes still pending

I have a couple stakes completed by a player. I sent a PM and he says he has closed them twice but they remain in the “Upcoming” section of my Shares bought page.

Here’s the list that I have shares in showing finished (not closed):

Is there a reason they have not completed/closed?

Can these be checked & closed?

Yeah Same with me on the same events..
And when I look at his profile page they dont appear as open on there so it means that he did have em closed..

Can you pls check into that admin?

This is also not good for the player cause at first glance it seems like he is slacking the handling of his event. This could cost him buyers.
Im serieus about that..

Ok Admin ty for looking and its out of my running evnts now..
But now its moved to my upcoming shares with the status “finished”.

I don’t see any changes made to move these to the completed section of my “Shares Bought”

They are still in the upcoming section at the top.

Player told me he will stop listing stakes at CMU because he can’t deal with all the PMs from buyers trying to get these cleared. He’s listed as one of the top players at CMU.

same problem here. I also have completed shares in my upcoming section.

is there anything new on this?
I still have finished tournaments in my “upcoming”-section.
