As far as I’m concerned Dean, he should not have said anything about my baby or my wife. The first comment maybe lapse in judgement, okay so he could have taken the shoutbox ban and come back no problems, but the follow up pm showed a disgusting lack of taste, respect (not that I care if he respects me, I know most of you don’t) and was completely inappropriate.

As I said above Dean, he crossed the line with me, talking about my family. I can understand that it might have been a mistake or aussie humour, but this is an international site and aussie humour is not everyone’s humour.

He also could have sent the pm and said, oh sorry I should not have made the comment or even a my bad, tried to be funny, won’t happen again and I would have been fine with it. He chose the complete opposite route and decided to further attack me and my family, something i will not put up with.

I have been given no more powers by admin than i have always had, nor do I feel the need to display them, I am simply doing the tasks that i have been given. You guys sit around and complain that the site has gone to shit and no one does anything, well, I am doing my job the way it was laid out to me. I can’t do admin’s job or answer for them, but I certainly personally will continue to do what i agreed to do.

Lastly, the fact that you think having a newborn or lack of sleep has anything to do with my decision pretty laughable. If I was tired blah blah or wanted to show my “powers” I would have just banned the lot of you for acting like asshats and let you try and get an answer from admin about being let back.

You have mentioned my family here twice in your attempts to defend nuts, in the first post, and subsequent post saying it has affected my judgement. Not sure why my family needs to be even mentioned here or at all.

The fact that the respect you say you have for me has been tested by me doing the same job I always have done, and by banning someone from the shoutbox for talking about my family and then banning them when they send a hate filled pm and deleting posts from a player dispute thread but telling people to create a new thread to flame, well I have no problem losing your respect.

It is unfortunate, but its your choice who your friends are and who your respect goes to/

And lastly, you guys seem to think by removing comments i am on some sort of power trip. I have repeatedly said in those threads, in the shoutbox and for the last time here: YOU CAN POST JUST ABOUT ANYTHING IN EVERY OTHER THREAD BUT THE PLAYER DISPUTE THREADS.

I am not sure what is so hard to grasp for everyone…the one thing nuts got right was creating the other thread, and you guys still could not figure it out. Most of all of this would be easily avoided if you and your friends, figured that out.

Anyway, I can stand behind all my actions on the site and my actions as a moderator here. If people have an issue with that, I have always said they can lodge a complaint through info@chipmeup.com
