Hi all, I had a very unsatisifying event with a person. So what happened. I invested 42$ in an event. User basically didnt play the event – now I got the money refunded and had to pay a Refund fee as well? Sorry guys, but wasting 5$ on a canceled event that never happened – thats not exactly what I think is clever. If you are investing every day in up to 10 events and just one gets canceled every day you loose quite some money. There must be a less expensive solution or some kind of flatrates one can buy (unlimited CMU transfers for 25$ per month). As a result I guess I change to transfering the money directly on the platforms anyways. Think it would make sense to think about it. My apologies if the topic came up earlier. I am lazy as hell and probably a douche as well…. Take care post modified about 1 year ago |

u were charged 3.5% on a refund? if so, there is a problem and if its been going w/o our knowledge, ill have a few words also and be asking for an audit myself. please double check, ask admin, and update this thread with the final result only after they repond if u can. gl and good eye if true. edit: i ask mainly because i use ONLY CMU$ and have cancelled some events in the past with no knowledge that it costed anything to buyers(thought i only lost my listing fee). post modified about 1 year ago |

afaik the fee is always refunded in case of cancellation, you see it on the balance page too (for every share that you bought with cmu you see “cmu_share refunded” followed by “cmu_share_refunded – fee”). it means you get the 3.5% fee back, not that you’re paying extra. |

My bad, actually I mixed a lot of things up. One person canceled an event. Another person played not the first three tourneys, but then played it, but it looked like it was canceled as well. Long story short – I mixed it up, but thanks to you guys I now understand the concept of canceld events and say thanks for that. My apologies again for me being mistaken on the reasons why I “lost” 20$ by canceled events :) Take care |

I think your referring to me regarding the event which I played the first 3 mtt’s. I did play almost $50 of a $120 BR for the event, but as event couldn’t be completed due to computer problems I decided to cancel the event rather than enter remaining BR into results, and provide a full refund to investors. Mainly due to the fact that event was over run initially, and didn’t want to tie up investors money even longer. Gl |

If the event was cancelled you (the buyer) should have received your fee refunded as well. I checked my history and as late as the 4th of december, this was working fine for me. If anyone has not received their buyer fee refunded, it is a glitch that needs to be fixed so please let me know here or via pm with link to event so i can follow up with admin |
