Suggestion for listing events

Was wondering if there is a way to select how many shares are available instead of picking the percentage of the prize pool for each share and having the computer tell us how many shares are created. For instance I just posted an event for a full stake where I received 40% of the pool and the rest went to the investors. the problem was it was difficult to get each share under $1 and make it so all the shares equaled the total buying since it would make each individual share a strange percentage like .545454 etc. if there is already a way to do this let me know as it would make it much easier to create events where I want to do this.
