right i don’t want to come off sounding stupid so please be kind with your responses.

So far in my razz career iv made good profit in mtts in full ring. My question is about defending bring ins and when to defend and what to look for.

I personally never defend unless its 3-4 handed and my doorcard is close or theirs is bad. But even then its extremely rare to see me defending.

If your going to answer this please either prove your a good razz player or source your opinion/explain why its profitable.

Anybody who can help will be very much appreciated. thanks

I know. Iv won a couple thousand in profit from it without going above the $26 buyin but i got into a debate yesturday with my friend and coach in defending bringins yesturday (Solskjaer). I was just hoping for a second opinion. Also hussainsajwani since the DOJ did the dirty deed to americas online poker what are your plans? you moving country or playing different sites?
just curious

if its the guy nxt to u, chances are that he is forced into betting your bring in, kings are obv bad , 10’s are fine but either way u gotta remember that no one has a made hand til 5th street and u already have some money invested in the hand so the next card (4th ) u can re evaluate

if u hit gd 4th and they hit bad high card or pair very likely u in gd shape, due to his situational raise

but all situational and no exact maths, just down to your own judgement and feeling, and obv ur run gd and their run bad…. ( its about that random) tend to get alot more play like this in cash games when the stakes ( bet ) are the same
