Son’s soccer game ran long and i had to pack for a two day business trip so no poker tonight. I will be taking the laptop with me so i hope to do some playing tomorrow and/or Wednesday. Sorry about the late start to the event.

Could not get a fast enough connection in the Hilton Garden Inn New Mexico to play. Sorry guys then tonight i came home from New Mexico only to run into horrible severe weather and tornado sirens this evening. My daughter was so scared that we had to sit in the closet for an hour until the sirens stopped. I am very sorry as i finally now got her to sleep (its 10pm CT and i have been up since 3:30 am so I will start this event tomorrow and go full boar for two days to get it done by EOD Saturday. Hopefully all will go well. Sorry for all this shit this week. The trip to New Mexico was unexpected and now with the bad storms i look forward to just a nice mellow night playing poker tomorrow.

I registered a little late for the $11 Super Stack $15k. Lose a pot with 1010 vs K8s that hits his flush and I’m shorter stacked as blinds climb. And go out with KQ on a Q32 board vs AQ. 1279 of 2201.

$12 Daily Double A – up and down for a long while. blinds hit 50/100 and with 2000 chips, i double up plus some with QQ vs AKo. i get another nice pot with AA vs a crazy pre call and post shove by Q9o. i cruise along for a while building a decent stack. i lose a decent pot with JJ vs AK when he spikes an A on the turn. another miss with AQo and soon i’m at just about 15bb. i shove 99 with 13bb and run into AK who spikes a K on the turn. i’m out 481/1339.

$12 Daily Double B – go out with AhQd on a board of 3s J5Ad to a guy who called in the bb with 47d…I bet, he reraised and I shoved with top pair and second to nuts flush draw. He had the flush and I miss the river. Out 783/1181

Total played $35, total won $0. Tomorrow we go for broke in this event and see what happens.

Great news guys. We took down the $11 KO on FTP for $329 in addition to the above.

Plus i have $13 in KO’s tonight and $14 in unused buy ins so total for event was around $438.
