Sorry this was the first time I sold anything on chipmeup so wasn’t sure how to enter results and stuff, but done now.

Yes I did play.

I saw mathawker there.

I chipped up very early, in fact I got a complete double up in the first orbit. I hit a straight and someone with a set over shoves the turn (shoves 15k into a 2k pot) and I of course call, and hold on the river.

From there things didn’t go so well. I made a semi-bluff v a fish who couldn’t fold AA on a repeating straighting board, and I didn’t get there.

I was looking alright to get to day 2 (only 4 hands to go), with a just below average chip stack, when the chip leader (who was just BLEEDING chips on our table) limps UTG. Normally you’d be worried about someone limping UTG, but he has been playing any two cards, so I decide to raise in the C/O with 4h2h.

The blinds fold and he just flats.

The flop is 8x 5h 3h. He checks I lead 1/2 pot, and he OPEN shoves. I snap obviously. He has 9s3s. So I have an open ended straight flush draw and an overcard.

Of course it just bricks!

Thank you for the support though!
