Well it from bad to worse, nothing I could win with, a few steals just to live. did have 87 with 824 on board and tried to build the pot as took him for chasing str8, but river card a 6 and he raised me in after putting a clean 500 out there to entice the call.

So had to fold it.

Then my first A of the game with a 7 kicker, had 700 chips left bb coming next 4 limpers figured I have one over card on them if a caller occurs.

99 called 9 hit the flop.

well can’t get any worse now can it.

Hi speedy, yes I will always be offering my tournaments in that method – give up 50% with my buy-in covered.

However this way I don’t have to only have one staker as in the past, I can open it up to many which I have never done before.

As my next custom I have several of my work colleagues sponsoring me which is great for them and me.

we are still in number 2 event

sitting with 5k of chips blinds at 100/200 in position 21/39.

1hr 35mins in, got 4k average 7k in the last 10 of the 43 left, and starting to feel a little bit weak going to start raising with marginal hands e.g. KJ with RR to steal raises.

coming up to the end of the second hour we are 14/25 with top 18 getting cashed so slowing the game to eliminate with a nice 9k stack.

pleased to say we are in the money and sitting in 2nd place because of AA and KK

had AQ twice, one hit Flush but FH beat, but didn’t go silly checked it out.

Actually read him on set flop so no point then board paired.

second time, wanted some notes made a few nose bets he kept calling with me checking it down last time to see if he won’t fold, he wouldn’t with 4 over cards on the board, didn’t lose more than the two punts but somebody can’t fold at the table with a pp.

I’m just trying to learn this site so please forgive my question if it’s dumb.

If the cost for the events is $28 and so far, you have won back $18, how are you in the money? For a $5 share, so far the return is only .90.

I’m not complaining, just trying to understand.
