thegrizz1111 (2 years ago - 16 Mar 2010 15:49 UTC) most of my info was in live chat. they basically told me that my account was locked because the wanted to make sure the bank account was mine. I then asked them if my most recent deposit could be stoped. (had made it less that 12 hours ago and it was a weekend) could be stopped since my rakeback would be in there soon and i dont need to deposit anymore. They said no. So i replied with “so your not sure if the account is mine yet you are taking the money out of it. that doesnt make any sense.” that was pretty much the end of the live chat. following is the email i got from them and my reply. They still have not replied to me yet and its been two days Hello, Thank you for contacting us. Allow us to inform you that your account has been temporary blocked since we need the following documents: 1. A copy of your ID. You may send the requested documents attached to your next email, or you may fax them to 1.866.306.3384. Should you have further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us again. Regards, Dani and here was my reply to them this is a problem. so i dont know what will happen from here. still awaiting there reply |

thegrizz1111 (2 years ago - 17 Mar 2010 17:30 UTC) yea i think it becuase i made a deposit from my address in michigan. the thing that makes it the most strange is I have always had my current michigan address. So i had to have logged in from this address many times in the past. I mainly played on ub for about a 4 month span about 15 months ago and would have certainly logged in from both michigan and virginia back then. I also have always had a credit card that is linked to my michigan address and used that card to deposit onto ultimate bet in january with out any trouble. |
