Has anybody received any feedback on the status of the payout? I’ve never had any issues with Red in the past, but the never ending delay is concerning.

He is playing on FTP now (5/23/10), so he hasn’t disappeared. I asked for a status in the chatbox, but got no answer.

I guess playing on FTP all day is more important than paying out the event.

this is pretty bad.

5/24/10 – Playing on FTP again, again asked for an update in chatbox….. no response. Funny that he is playing $5 max buy-in events. I guess he figures he’s not getting staked again, so he better make our $1500 (or so) last.

I want to believe you. I really do. You had built a great level of trust with many of your backers, but you destroyed it. How can you continue to play on FTP when you owe people money. I know you were playing small stakes, but it shows where your priorities were.

What is the story with selling action at parttimepoker while this was still unsettled? That’s tough to explain too.

I would like to see these e-mails, and I suggest that you post them in the 40 day thread for everyone to see and draw their own conclusion.

I realize how this looks and I was playing smaller stakes as my UB account was already locked and I did not therefore have enough funds to make full payout. I understand it is hard for anyone to believe all of this but I am telling the truth. For some the easiest way out would be just to walk away….I am not doing that. I made a mistake spreading my roll out and I also have a friend who plays whom I suspect was multi accounting and because I had transferred money to him and received some back on more than one occasion my account was closed. I have now lost more than what I owed on these tow events and now I have to find this cash out of my household budget to square things up.

I am and honest person or would have just walked away from this, I will square this up over the next little while but backers probably won’t see the first part until near the end of next week as I am transferring some money from my investment account to clear this up.

I also understand my days are now done at CMU which is a shame as I really enjoyed it there. I am extremely pissed off with Fulltilt as I have never multi accounted and have also never colluded and they simply close my account and seized the whole bankroll. Their own pro Brian Hastings admitted to multi accounting and milking Isildur1 out of 2.4m illegally and they only gave him 30 days of suspension…….anyway I will make this right and you guys will not hear my name again

If you create new accounts or play on our tables using accounts belonging to other individuals, these accounts will be closed and all funds may be forfeited to Full Tilt Poker.
